Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Handscart, we strive to provide you with unique, handcrafted products from artisans across India. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations will only be considered if a request is made within three (3) days of placing the order.

• However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or communicated to the sellers or merchants.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order details as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within four to five (4-5) days of receiving the item.

• Your request will be processed once the seller or merchant inspects and verifies the condition of the product.

• Please note that the final decision regarding refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items rests with the seller or merchant, after due inspection.

 

Handcrafted Product Variations

• Most of our products are handcrafted, which means they are unique and may have slight variations from the images shown on the product pages. Such variations are not considered defects and are part of the charm and authenticity of handcrafted goods.

 

Refunds

• In cases where a refund is approved (for defective or damaged items), Handscart Pvt. Ltd. will process the refund within seven to fourteen (7-14) days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Perishable items or items on final sale are also not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If a return is approved, any shipping costs related to returning the product will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is deemed damaged or defective.
